Camille Sea Spa & Salon Policies

In consideration of all our clientele and staff we have established
the following policies:

1. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed by Visa, Mastercard,
Gift Certificate or prepayment.

2. Children: We love children at Camille the Day Spa, however, clients
under the age of 14 are welcome by appointment only and must be
accompanied by an adult at all times. Young children are not allowed in
the spa area. If service must be rescheduled at time of appointment, full
charges will apply.

3. Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, your treatment
may be shortened to allow us to keep on schedule. The usual fee for the
treatment will apply.

4. Cancellations: A 24 hour notice is required or a full charge will apply.
Please notify us promptly of conflicts so other clients may utilize your
appointment time. Gift Certificates are voided if appointments are missed
without cancellation.

5. Gift Certificates: if lost, stolen or destroyed it cannot be replaced by
Camille’s. Good for dollar amount only. Must have Gift Certificate at
time of appointment or full charge will apply. Gift Certificates are nontransferable.
They cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

6. Groups of three or more must prepay including a 15% gratuity. 5%
is non-refundable after appointments are scheduled. A minimum of a 72
hour cancellation notice is required or a full charge will apply.

7. Gratuity is not included in the price of treatments.

8. Prices are subject to change without notice.

9. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

10. After hours spa appointments must be pre-paid.

Gift Certificate & Product Policies:

1. Camille’s will not replace lost of stolen gift certificates.

2. Gift Certificates CAN NOT be refunded for cash.

3. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service.

4. Camille’s does not do cash refunds on products, only exchanges.
(Products can only be exchanged if product is 3/4 full within 30 days of purchase)

5. Products can only be returned if customer pays for the return shipping to Fed/Ex.Fax
